BAKED OATMEAL CUPS
I think that these baked blueberry oatmeal cups are one of the best and easiest healthy breakfasts on the market. These are especially good for those who love eating healthy meals made with real and wholesome ingredients.
The fun part of these oatmeal cups is that you have the base recipe, but you can experiment with the mix-ins. Me and my husband also love to add chocolate chips, both, white chocolate chips and original ones to make them sweeter. As my husband is chocolate lover, he can indeed go without blueberries at all, huh! Here are some ideas and combinations that you can add to mix things up –
- Apples + Cinnamon
- Raspberries + White Chocolate Chips
- Cranberries + Orange Zest
- Blueberries + Coconut Flakes
- Chocolate Chips + Peanut Butter
