Mango Jalapeno Margarita - Grab the tortilla chips, salsa and a Spicy Mango Jalapeno Margarita this summer. This drink is so easy to make in a cocktail shaker and is perfect for summer entertaining and Cinco de Mayo. A fun twist on the classic margarita with the perfect blend of tequila, fresh mangoes, triple sec, fresh lime juice, agave and jalapenos.
Rim a cocktail glass with lime and dip in Tajin seasoning (or any chili salt blend), set aside.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add a few slices of jalapeño and a few chunks of fresh mango. Muddle with the back of a wooden spoon or cocktail muddler. (You can also choose blender method by adding all ingredients into the blender and blend it up).
Add in tequila, lime juice, mango juice and shake very well.
Taste and add additional lime juice, jalapenos, mangoes, ice, tequila, orange liqueur – as desired/needed.
Pour into prepared cocktail glass filled with crushed ice.
For The Garnish - Garnish with a skewer of mango cube, jalapeño piece and a wheel of lime.
