Ingredients
  

For The Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (approx. 226 grams)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter (approx. 113 grams)

For The Cream Cheese Layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened (approx. 226 grams)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (approx. 120 grams)
  • 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip) (approx. 227 grams)

For The Pumpkin Layer

  • 1 can pumpkin puree (15 oz, approx. 425 grams)
  • 1 cup whipped topping (approx. 227 grams)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (approx. 100 grams)
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

For The Topping

  • 1 cup whipped topping (approx. 227 grams)
  • chopped pecans or walnuts for garnish
  • caramel sauce, to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to form the crust. Place in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the other layers.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread this cream cheese layer evenly over the crust.
  • In another bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, 1 cup whipped topping, granulated sugar, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined. Spread the pumpkin layer over the cream cheese layer in the baking dish.
  • Top with an additional 1 cup of whipped topping, spreading it evenly over the pumpkin layer. Sprinkle with chopped pecans or walnuts for garnish.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the layers to set and flavors to meld together.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!
