Ingredients
- 1 box pineapple jello mix
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 1/2 cup Malibu coconut rum
Instructions
- Add 1 cup of boiling water into the bowl with pineapple jello and stir until all of the gelatin has dissolved, about 30 seconds.
- Mix in 1/2 cup of Malibu coconut rum and 1 cup of cold water.
- Pour the gelatin mixture into the jello shot cups and cover.
- Refrigerate until they are set, 2 to 4 hours.
