Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz quartered artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
  • 12 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz package cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a 4 quart Crockpot.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or on high for 1-2 hours, until cheese has fully melted and is bubbling. Stir together halfway through cook time until well combined.
  • Stir together again before serving. Serve with tortilla chips, pita bread, or sliced baguettes. Turn the Crockpot onto the warm setting so the dip stays warm and melted.
