Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup M&M candies
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.Then add cocoa powder and whisk until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • In a separated bowl, combine granulated sugar, melted butter, vanilla, vegetable oil, and egg. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Stir in M&M candies, and chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  • Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly soft.
  • Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Once cooled, enjoy!
