Buffalo ranch chicken wings combine buffalo sauce and ranch into one amazingly delicious flavor combination. One of the best Game Day appetizers everyone will keep asking for more. Crispy-baked buffalo wings are a hit as an appetizer for parties or Super Bowl.
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream. Stir until well blended and smooth.
Add the fresh parsley, chives, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well to incorporate all the ingredients.
Taste the ranch dressing and adjust the seasoning according to your preference. You can add more herbs, salt, or lemon juice to suit your taste.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
You can garnish it with additional fresh herbs if desired.
For the buffalo wings :
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake the chicken on the lowest oven rack 40 minutes or until crispy, turning once.
In a small saucepan over low heat, mix together butter, honey, hot sauce, flour, salt, paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder for about 5 minutes until it thickens.
Pour the hot sauce mixture into a large bowl and set aside.
Once the wings are cooked and cooled, toss them in the buffalo sauce until they are well coated. Alternatively, you can brush the sauce onto the wings.
Serve the buffalo wings with celery sticks, carrots and ranch dressing on the side.
