Blueberry Lemon Cobbler - is a deliciously sweet and tart plus buttery blueberry lemon dump cake made with frozen blueberries, lemon cake mix, butter and topped with vanilla ice-cream for a super easy and quick dessert.
Spray a 9×13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Add 2 cups of blueberries to the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle granulated sugar over the blueberries.
Sprinkle the dry lemon cake mix evenly over the blueberries.
Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the dry cake. Add 1 cup of blueberries on top of the cake.
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake the Blueberry Lemon Cobbler until it’s brown around the edges, golden in the center, and puffy in the middle, 30–35 minutes. Cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes, then serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
