Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans, (16oz)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups guacamole
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapenos
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • nachos or tortilla chips for dipping

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized bowl, mix the refried beans and softened cream cheese until well combined. Set aside.
  • If you prefer chilled dip cups, refrigerate the refried bean and cream cheese mixture for about 1 hour.
  • Once chilled (if desired), it's time to layer the dip cups. Start by spooning about 2 tablespoons of the refried bean and cream cheese mixture into the bottom of each cup.
  • Next, add a layer of guacamole on top of the bean and cream cheese mixture, using about 3 tablespoons in each cup.
  • Spoon a layer of sour cream on top of the guacamole, using about 2 tablespoons in each cup.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese, sliced black olives, diced tomatoes and one sliced jalapeno evenly across the top of each cup.
  • Finally, garnish each cup with nachos or tortilla chips for decoration.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
