Mini Egg Easter Cookie Bars
Easter Cookie Bars - are the perfect chewy, fudgy and colorful Easter dessert! Made with graham cracker crust layered with butterscotch chocolate chips, quick cook oats, sweetened condensed milk, dark chocolate chips then topped off with a sprinkling of pastel colored Easter eggs.

- 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1/2 cup quick cook oats
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (around 330g)
- Cadbury Mini Eggs
Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
Combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs until you get a crumby texture.
Press into the bottom of a parchment lined 9x13 baking dish.
Then pour the sweetened condensed milk all over the pressed graham cracker layer.
Sprinkle with butterscotch chips, dark chocolate chips, quick oats and mini eggs.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 25-28 minutes.
Allow it to cool for at least 30 minutes.
