HOW TO MAKE PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY CUPS
- In a medium size bowl, melt peanut butter and coconut oil together and stir.
- Pour 3 tablespoons of mixture into each muffin tin liner. Set in the freezer to firm up, about 15 minutes.
- Dollop raspberry jelly on top of peanut butter and swirl to combine.
- Top with the remaining peanut butter mixture.
- Refrigerate until firm. Keep refrigerated. It should take about 1 hour or less.
