HOW TO MAKE BANANA DAIQUIRI
- In a blender add in the ice and squeeze the lemon juice in.
- Then add in the white rum, bananas, and orange juice.
- Blend until ice is crushed/smooth.
- Pour into your glass, garnish with straws, umbrellas, or fruits of your choosing!
SUBSTITUTIONS AND ADDITIONS
- You can take the banana flavor to the next level by adding banana liqueur or banana syrup too. It will also give a lot more sweetness.
- Choose dark rum and white rum for this recipe. You can also substitute in coconut rum, spiced rum, or even banana rum if you want to experiment with flavors.
- You can turn this tropical daiquiri into a strawberry-banana daiquiri. Just add frozen or strawberries, trust your gut about the amount.
- Use fresh bananas for this recipe if you don’t have frozen ones on hand. The ice will do the job to make this cocktail as daiquiri should originally be – frozen and fruity.
