HOW TO MAKE JELLO SHOTS

I am honestly obsessed with these simple pineapple jello shots. I am 100% sure that anyone can make them. You can also make a kid-friendly summer jello cups by removing the Malibu rum and adding in pineapple soda. I am sure they will love it while having fun at the swimming pool. You only need Malibu rum, pineapple jello mix and hot and cold water. SOOO SIMPLE!

INGREDIENTS NOTES

Pineapple Jello Gelatin Mix – this can’t be substituted for this pineapple jello shots recipe.

Malibu Rum – or any carribean white rum that has tropical notes – coconut, pineapple

Cold & Hot Water

HOW TO MAKE PINEAPPLE JELLO SHOTS

Add 1 cup of boiling water into the bowl with pineapple jello and stir until all of the gelatin has dissolved, about 30 seconds.
Mix in 1/2 cup of Malibu coconut rum and 1 cup of cold water.
Pour the gelatin mixture into the jello shot cups and cover.
Refrigerate until they are set, 2 to 4 hours.
