Tequila Sunrise Jello Shots
Tequila Sunrise Jello Shots - are the one and only summertime jello shots recipe that you need to make ASAP! Made with cherry, orange and tequila combination, they make a great adults-only treat.

Ingredients
- 1 box orange jello
- 1 box cherry jello
- 3/4 cup grenadine syrup
- 1/2 cup tequila
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- maraschino cherries
- orange slices
- whipped cream
Instructions
- Place 12 jello shot cups onto a tray. Set aside.
- For the Cherry Layer - Combine the cherry jello and 1 cup boiling water, in a medium mixing bowl. Mix until the jello has dissolved. Then add the cold water, grenadine syrup, Tequila and stir. Fill each cup around 1/4 full and place in the fridge for an hour to set.
- For The Orange Layer - Combine the orange jello and 1 cups boiling water in a medium mixing bowl. Again - mix until jello powder has dissolved. Add in cold water and Tequila, stir well. Fill the other half with orange layer and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours to completely set.
- Garnish each tequila sunrise jello shot with a small wedge of fresh orange, whipped cream and a maraschino cherry before serving.
