HOW TO MAKE TACO CRESCENT RING
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook diced onion over medium heat for 3 or 4 minutes
Then add beef and cook until the beef is browned and the onion is softened.
When beef is halfway cooked, add the taco seasoning mix and diced green chilies to the skillet with the beef and onion. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Remove the skillet from the heat and set it aside.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
Arrange the triangles on a baking sheet in a circle, with the wide ends overlapping and the pointed ends facing outward. It should resemble a sun shape.
Spoon the taco meat mixture onto the wide ends of the crescent triangles, forming a ring shape.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the taco meat.
Fold the pointed ends of the crescent triangles over the filling and tuck them under the wide ends, creating a sealed ring.
Bake the Taco Crescent Ring in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the Taco Crescent Ring cool for a few minutes.
