The idea of a creamy and sweet Valentine’s Day Raspberry Pina Colada hit me when I was using my Rituals sakura hand wash, as weird as it sounds! It’s pink, cute and super lovely. And the idea was born! I also happen to love all sorts of pina colada inspired cocktails, it’s one of my favorite drinks to order. You can’t go wrong with a baby pink drink served with heart shaped marshmallows on this romantic date. And the flavors.. oh, so dreamy!
INGREDIENTS NOTES
This cocktail is a lot fun to make, with just a few ingredients, you’ll have yourself and your hubby a dreamy cocktail –
RumChata – you’ll need the original one for this recipe.
Raspberry Syrup – we used Monin Raspberry Syrup, any brand will work fine.
Pina Colada Drink Mix – you can also use a homemade one, if you prefer.
White Rum – such as Bacardi.
Heart Shaped Marshmallows – for garnish before serving.
HOW TO MAKE RASPBERRY INSPIRED PINA COLADA
- Pour raspberry syrup, white rum, RumChata and pina colada mix into a cocktail shaker.
- Toss in 5 ice cubes, secure the lid and shake the shaker for about 30 seconds.
- Pour into a serving glass.
- Garnish with a heart marshmallow threaded through a cocktail stick.

- 3 oz pina colada drink mix
- 1 1/2 oz white rum
- 1 1/2 oz RumChata
- 1 oz raspberry syrup
- marshmallows for serving
Instructions
- Pour raspberry syrup, white rum, RumChata and pina colada mix into a cocktail shaker.
