HOW TO MAKE PUMPKIN MARTINI
In a shallow dish, spread out the crushed graham crackers.
Dip the rims of two martini glasses into the melted white chocolate, then immediately dip them into the crushed graham crackers, coating the rims evenly. Set aside to allow the chocolate to set.
In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, 4 tablespoons of pumpkin puree, 6 ounces of vodka, 3 ounces of half and half, and 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice.
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds, ensuring all the ingredients are well combined and chilled.
Strain the mixture equally into the prepared martini glasses.
Top each martini with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish each glass with a cinnamon stick.
Optionally, sprinkle a pinch of pumpkin spice or cinnamon on top for added flavor and presentation.
TIPS FOR SUCCESS
Chill the martini glasses in the freezer for a few minutes before preparing the recipe to keep the drink cold.
When rimming the glasses, make sure the melted white chocolate is evenly spread and the crushed graham crackers adhere well.
You can adjust the sweetness of the martini by adding more or less maple syrup according to your taste.
Make sure to use pure pumpkin puree for the best flavor and consistency.
You can crush graham crackers using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
The melted white chocolate helps the crushed graham crackers adhere to the rim of the glass. You can use white chocolate chips or bars and melt them in the microwave or using a double boiler.
For a creamier martini, you can increase the amount of half and half or use heavy cream instead.
If you prefer a stronger martini, you can adjust the amount of vodka to your liking.
RECIPE FAQ’S
Can I make this recipe without alcohol?
Yes, you can omit the vodka to make a non-alcoholic version of the Pumpkin Martini. Simply increase the amount of pumpkin puree and half and half to compensate for the missing liquid.
