I can’t believe it’s almost spring here in Germany! And that means it’s time to be preparing for a cute, little Easter brunch. When it comes to Easter, there are always sweets on my mind. Chocolates, Easter chocolate eggs, jello cups, all the good stuff! Whenever I am hosting the Easter celebration, I try to come up with the most epic desserts. This year, I am going to make these Easter Cookie Bars that are way too good to be true.
MINI EGG COOKIE BARS
These Easter Cookie Bars are topped with pastel colored mini eggs for a sweet and simple treat that’s perfect for Spring. These cookie bars are actually really easy to make. You can also call these Easter magic bars, as each layer is laid out and baked to form a cookie bar. There are actually so many ways how you can layer these cookie bars. I am going to share with you some ideas.

These ultimate Easter cookie bars are great for serving up friends and family, and even bringing for kid parties at school, and a treat for neighbors. Serve them up with a cotton candy margarita and you are good to go. To make this exact recipe, you are going to need –
Dark Chocolate Chips – You can also try out peanut butter chips or white chocolate chips.
Quick Cook Oats
Salted Butter – I suggest using salted butter instead of margarine as it can be too salty. You are going to melt the butter.
Graham Cracker Crumbs –
Sweetened Condensed Milk
HOW TO MAKE EASTER COOKIE BARS
- Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
- Combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs until you get a crumby texture.
- Press into the bottom of a parchment lined 9×13 baking dish.
- Then pour the sweetened condensed milk all over the pressed graham cracker layer.
- Sprinkle with butterscotch chips, dark chocolate chips, quick oats and mini eggs.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 25-28 minutes.
- Allow it to cool for at least 30 minutes.

- 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1/2 cup quick cook oats
- 1 cup butterscotch chips

- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (around 330g)

Instructions
